We were blessed with nearly 20 years with Lexi, and when the time came to say goodbye, we wanted nothing but the best for her. Claire delivered just that and more. Lexi was back home in her final resting place, her forever home, the very next day. The swift and respectful service Claire provides, brought us immense comfort during our time of grief. Resting Paws (Claire) what an absolutely amazing, lovely and kind person you are! After suffering such a traumatic day yesterday (09/06/24) our baby was tragically knocked over and killed and from ringing Claire she was straight out to collect our boy but also sat with us and talked to us to make sure we were OK!. You looked after Alfie making sure he had the best send off from such a tragic situation. That one on one Alfie had with you and you making sure he had nothing but the best care from you!. I can’t thank you enough Claire for being there for us and bring my baby straight home with all the gorgeous stuff in his box. I can’t explain how grateful we are for you!. Thank you for paying lots of attention to Codi who also had to see what happened to Alfie. Codi really enjoyed his treats from you. I can’t recommend Claire enough she really is truly amazing. I honestly can’t recommend resting paws services enough, our beloved boy who we adored was treat with the upmost respect, I was dreading this part of losing him, the thought of how your pet is handled after was always a worry of mine, but I can hand on heart say as soon as I met Claire she was exactly what I needed to put my mind at rest, from taking my boy away to bringing him home I knew he was in the most caring hands and I’ll forever be grateful to Claire for making the most hardest time that little bit easier.
Something none of us want to think about. But when the time comes, there are other options on saying goodbye to our beloved pets than using large corporate services offered by most vets. I have been overwhelmed by the personal touches at Resting Paws. From visiting us at home to understand what we wanted and discussing option, to how quickly Claire got my wonderful Boris back home to us where he belongs. I honestly cannot thank her enough.
From making the phone call to Resting Paws , The service from Claire has been OUTSTANDING, She was so understanding and supportive, while in floods of tears talking about what we wanted, she knew that our baby girl Ruby ment the world to us, and she assured us she would be well looked after. and that she did, Claire met us at the vet, to take Ruby straight away,so no waiting for collection Claire even emailed us that night keeping us informed , The following day we received Ruby back at home ( brought by Claire) in the most best way we ever imagined, Beautifully presented in a personlised box, a lovely card,We could’nt of asked for a better service, We would 100% reccommend RESTING PAWS to anybody needing to use this service, you will not be disappointed. You really do get 1-2-1 service.
